1. General Data Protection Principles

Workwise Solutions places a high priority on the protection of user data.
The WorkSmartHub application — including its mobile application — has been designed so that no personal or business data is transmitted to Workwise Solutions during its operation, and the software does not perform centralized data collection.

The application operates as a self-hosted (on-premise) product, meaning the entire system is deployed and operated within the Customer’s own infrastructure.

2. No Data Collection

The WorkSmartHub application:

  • does not collect personal data,

  • does not collect usage statistics,

  • does not perform analytics,

  • does not track users,

  • does not use third-party analytics or marketing services.

The application does not transmit any data to Workwise Solutions or to any third-party servers.

3. Mobile Application Operation and Network Communication

The WorkSmartHub mobile application communicates with the backend system operated by the Customer in order to provide core functionality (such as authentication, authorization, license validation, and data access).

This network communication:

  • occurs exclusively between the mobile application and the Customer’s own servers,

  • does not involve Workwise Solutions’ infrastructure,

  • does not interact with any third-party services operated by external providers.

The mobile application does not communicate with servers operated by Workwise Solutions and does not transmit data to the developer.

4. Logging and Error Handling

Any technical logs generated during the operation of the application:

  • are created exclusively on the Customer’s own servers,

  • remain fully within the Customer’s infrastructure,

  • are not transmitted to Workwise Solutions.

Workwise Solutions does not use automatic crash reporting or remote diagnostic tools.
Any issues become known to Workwise Solutions only if the Customer voluntarily reports them manually (for example, via email).

5. Software Licensing

Software licensing for WorkSmartHub is handled entirely within the Customer’s infrastructure.

  • License validation is performed through the Customer’s own backend system.

  • No communication takes place with servers operated by Workwise Solutions or any other external parties during license validation.

  • Workwise Solutions has no technical access to any data processed as part of the license validation process.

6. Data Controller

With regard to any data entered or processed within the WorkSmartHub application:

  • Workwise Solutions is not considered a Data Controller,

  • is not considered a Data Processor,

  • and has no access to such data.

All responsibilities related to data protection (including GDPR compliance, data security, backups, and access control) lie solely with the Customer, acting as the Data Controller.

7. Website and Contact

Workwise Solutions processes minimal personal data (such as name and email address) only if an individual voluntarily contacts us for sales or product support purposes.

Such data:

  • is not shared with third parties,

  • is used solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry,

  • is deleted upon request.
